Rustic Refuge Recovery Community Center is open!
Pirate Springs, a local 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to helping individuals recover from addiction, alcoholism, and abuse, is excited to announce that our State License is effective 10/1/2026.
This will be one of only three dedicated recovery community centers in the state of Tennessee.
National studies show RCCs slash relapse by 40-50%, cut ER returns, and save counties big on jails and hospitals.
The Rustic Refuge Recovery Community Center will expand Pirate Springs’ mission of supporting long-term recovery and successful societal reintegration. Located at 693 Kinser Rd. SE, Cleveland, TN 37323, the center offers a welcoming space for peer support, recovery meetings, life skills workshops, employment assistance through the Clean Time program, and community resources for those in recovery as well as their families.
Coupled with Clinical services like IOP, individual addiction counseling, DUI classes, parenting classes, anger management classes, and more, the center is a game changer in the local recovery landscape.
In addition to these and other vital regional resources, the center is be a safe place for those in recovery to relax and play pool, ping pong, watch TV, enjoy outdoor cookouts, and other social activities. The resource room also has available computers for those who otherwise don’t have computer access.
The center will also host community information meetings and more.
