Rustic Refuge Recovery Community Center is opening in July 2, 2026!
Pirate Springs, a local 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to helping individuals recover from addiction, alcoholism, and abuse, is excited to announce it will be opening a new Recovery Community Center. Join us for our Grand Opening on 7/2/2026 from 4:00pm to 7:00pm. Meet our team and enjoy some light refreshments.
This will be one of only three dedicated recovery community centers in the state of Tennessee.

The Rustic Refuge Recovery Community Center will expand Pirate Springs’ mission of supporting long-term recovery and successful societal reintegration. Located at 693 Kinser Rd. SE, Cleveland, TN 37323, the center will offer a welcoming space for peer support, recovery meetings, life skills workshops, employment assistance through the Clean Time program, and community resources for those in recovery as well as their families.
In addition to vital resources, the center will be a safe place for those in recovery to relax and play pool, ping pong, watch TV, enjoy outdoor cookouts, and other social activities.
The center will also host community information meetings and more.
